Creating a beautiful outdoor space should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Our team guides you through every step of the process, from the first conversation to the final installation. With over 50 years of experience designing and building landscapes, we make the process clear, organized, and enjoyable.
How to Get Started:
STEP 01
Tell Us About Your Project
Every project begins with a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your goals, your property, and the type of outdoor space you envision.
Once we receive your responses, our team will reach out to discuss your project in more detail and determine if we’re the right fit for each other.
If it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule a free on-site consultation to see your property in person and begin planning the possibilities.
STEP 02
On-Site Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll walk the property with you and discuss:
Your ideas and inspiration
Budget expectations
Project scope and priorities
Timeline considerations
This meeting allows us to gather the information we need to begin developing a custom design that reflects your vision and enhances your property.
STEP 03
Landscape Design & Proposal
After the consultation, we create a detailed landscape design and proposal outlining the scope of work.
Design pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the project.
To begin the design process, we require:
50% of the design fee upfront
The remaining balance due when the design is presented
Once your design is complete, we’ll meet with you to review the concept, explain the details, and walk through the proposed plan for your outdoor space.
STEP 04
Optional 3D Rendering
For clients who want a more immersive preview, we offer 3D renderings for an additional cost.
This allows you to visualize how elements like patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, and plantings will look together before construction begins.
STEP 05
Engineering & Permits
(If Required)
Some larger projects, such as pools, patios, retaining walls, or outdoor structures, may require architectural drawings or engineering plans depending on your municipality’s regulations.
If required, these services are coordinated separately and carry their own respective fees. Our team will guide you through this process to ensure everything is handled properly and meets local requirements.
Moving Forward With Construction
If you decide to move forward with the project, the total design fee will be applied toward your project deposit.
From there, our team schedules the work and orders materials to begin bringing your outdoor space to life.
